Delay
I was supposed to fly out of Tel Aviv yesterday morning, but missed my flight and didn’t fly until late afternoon. I received the Spanish inquisition at Tel Aviv airport, and was held for 45 minutes as they interrogated me and cross-questioned me. I had to provide detailed evidence of my meetings during my trip, including all handwritten meeting notes, business cards I received and much more. They eventually let me go after confiscating some Toblerone bars.
This delay has pushed my flight itinerary out by 24 hours. I stayed at Toad Hall last night and will fly to Tokyo this afternoon where I’ll stop off to meet up with Danusia for lunch before flying on to Sydney, finally arriving on Tuesday morning.
